REPORTER: THROUGHOUT THE TRIAL ABEL CEDENO MAINTAINED HE WAS PROTECTING HIMSELF AFTER BEING BULLIED SAYING “IT WAS PSYCHOLOGICAL ABUSE FOR BEING GAY.” HIS FAMILY LEFT COURT IN TEARS IT BACK WITHOUT COMMENT AFTER HE WAS FOUND GUILTY OF FIRST-DEGREE MANSLAUGHTER, ASSAULT ADMITTED CRIMINAL POSSESSION OF A WEAPON. THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION HAS BLOOD ON ITS HANDS. THEY NEED TO LOOK AT THESE SAFETY OF STUDENTS.
